PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Experience focused on accurate, compliant healthcare documentation.
Healthcare administration professional with approximately 14 years of healthcare experience spanning clinical operations, medical records, MDS coordination, reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and administrative leadership.
My particular strengths include reviewing clinical documentation, identifying discrepancies, maintaining record accuracy, meeting regulatory deadlines, and resolving complex administrative problems. I have extensive experience working with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, reviewing clinical information across facilities, and coordinating documentation during transitions of care.
More recently, I have complemented that background with formal medical administrative training, CMAA certification, and hands-on experience with contemporary electronic practice management systems.
